What is TCR-T cell therapy

TCR-T cell therapy, short for T cell receptor-engineered T cells, is based on gene editing technology to specifically recognize tumor antigen T cell receptors（TCR ）gene, be introduced into the patient's own T cells to make them express exogenous TCR, so as to recognize and attack tumor cells and achieve the purpose of tumor treatment.

At present, no relevant guidielines for TCR-T cell products have been released at home and abroad, and TCR-T cell products have similarities with CAR T cell products in terms of production raw materials, production technology, process control, accessories, packaging containers, stability, etc., so the relevant guidelines and considerations can be referred to in quality evaluation. It is mainly divided into safety, purity, efficacy  and uniformity  etc.
