Hillgene’s Viral E-hancer series products, as a class of highly efficient and non-cytotoxic lentiviral or retroviral transduction enhancers, are widely used in the viral transduction process of T cells, NK cells and HSC cells based on their unique mechanism of action. Viral E-hancer facilitates the fusion of viruses with cell membranes and the efficient transport of viruses from the plasma membrane to the nucleus after cell entry by decreasing cell membrane viscosity, increasing lipid exchange and transmembrane transport, and transiently regulating the expression of some proteins on the cell surface.
Application
·Suitable for transduction enhancement application of viral vectors transducing NK cells, T cells, HSC and other different types of cells.
·Applicable to the transduction-promoting effects of enveloped lentiviruses such as VSVG, BaEV, as well as retroviruses.
