During the process development for lentiviral vector production, attention must be paid to the establishment of quality standards for the viral vectors, including testing indicators such as viral titer, host cell residual DNA, host cell residual protein, and mycoplasma. Measuring viral titer is crucial for the use of the virus and for infecting cells, making it a critical quality attribute (CQA) in lentiviral vector production. Titer testing includes physical titer (total number of viral vector particles) and transduction titer (number of infectious viral vector particles).
This kit utilizes the Taqman fluorescent probe method and employs qPCR to detect the copy number of vector genomic RNA, thereby enabling the determination of physical titer. The kit offers rapid detection, high specificity, reliable performance, and is universally applicable to lentiviral vector technologies.

Please fill in the street address in detail, not PO BOX or military address (APO). Otherwise, we would have to use EMS for delivery (it's slower than others, taking around 1-2 months or even longer).
