The production process of cellular drugs represented by CAR-T involves three different objects: plasmid, virus and cell. Their culture, purification, detection and other processes are different, which has high requirements for the quality control of cellular drugs. In the process of cell drug production, it is necessary to detect impurities, safety, content/potency, identification/physical chemistry  and other indicators.
