In the realm of molecular biology and diagnostic research, the detection of Mycoplasma DNA is pivotal for ensuring the integrity of cell culture and biological research outcomes. BlueKit is proud to introduce its state-of-the-art Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit (qPCR)-ZY002, revolutionized to meet and exceed the expectations for researchers focusing on IL-7 related studies. This dedicated kit is not just a product but a comprehensive solution engineered to bring efficiency, reliability, and unparalleled precision to your laboratory.
At the core of our Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit is the innovative IL-7 kit technology. IL-7, or Interleukin-7, plays a critical role in the immune system, particularly in the development and differentiation of T cells, a type of white blood cell essential for the immune response. Our kit leverages this crucial pathway to provide a detection system that is not only sensitive but also incredibly specific to Mycoplasma DNA. The kit is designed for 50 reactions, catering to both small and large-scale research projects.
Understanding the crucial need for accuracy and repeatability in scientific research, BlueKit's Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit has been rigorously tested and refined to ensure that it exceeds the standards expected by the scientific community. The kit includes a detailed protocol that guides users through each step of the detection process, ensuring that even those new to qPCR can achieve results with confidence. With our Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit, researchers can expect to uncover precise data that will propel their studies forward, especially those focused on the critical role of IL-7 in health and disease. In crafting this innovative tool, we have painstakingly considered every aspect of the user experience. From the ease of use and reliability to the depth of information it can uncover, our Mycoplasma DNA Detection Kit (qPCR)-ZY002 is more than just a product. It is a testament to BlueKit's commitment to advancing scientific discovery and our unwavering support for researchers dedicated to understanding the complexities of the IL-7 pathway. Embrace the future of Mycoplasma detection with BlueKit, and let us be a part of your journey toward groundbreaking discoveries.

The kit is used to qualitatively detect the presence of mycoplasma contamination in master cell banks, working cell banks, virus seed lots, control cells, and cells for clinical therapy.
The kit uses qPCR-fluorescent probe technology to verify with reference to mycoplasma detectionrelated requirements in EP2.6.7 and JPXVII. It can cover more than 100 mycoplasmas and has no cross reaction with closely related strains. The detection is rapid which can be completed within 2 hours, with strong specificity.
