For process-related impurities, residual levels of package cell line such as residual host cell protein and residual host cell DNA from packaged cell lines should be measured. For the products using cytokines, selective magnetic beads, nucleases, serum and other reagents in the production process, the residual amount or residual activity should also be tested respectively.
